Khang An Investment Real Estate Joint Stock Company announced the resignation of a member of the Board of Directors as follows:

      On May 29, 2013, Khang An Investment Real Estate Joint Stock Company received the resignation letter of Ms. Lam Thi Kim Chi as a Board member. This resignation took effect from May 30, 2013, and will be submitted to the 2013 annual general meeting of shareholders.
