ITA: Board Resolution May 23

On May 23, 2013, the Board of Directors of Tan Tao Investment Industry Corporation (ITACO) unanimously approved the bonus share plan for employees, the Board of Directors, the Directorate and persons who has contributed to the Company’s development in 2010:

1.       Issue volume:

-         Stock: Stock of Tan Tao Investment and Industry Corporation

-         Stock type: common stock

-         Par value: VND10,000/share

-         Rate of bonus share: 0.45%

-         Issue volume: 1,999,624 shares

-         Total issue value: VND 19,996,240,000

-         Source capital: retained earnings until December 31, 2012.

2.       Objects of the issue:

-         Individuals who has contributed to the Company’s development in 2010, the Company’s charity fund, and Tan Tao University.

3.       Issue method:

-         1,500,000 bonus shares: to be issued to individuals who has contributed to the development of Tan Tao Investment Industry Corporation in 2010.

-         200,000 bonus shares: to be given to Ita – for the Future Fund to offer scholarships.

-         299,624 bonus shares: to be given to Tan Tao University from the BOD Chairperson, who is given bonus shares but does not receive and decides to give them to Tan Tao University’s scholarship fund.

-         Issue time: expected in June 2013

-         Period of transfer restriction: until May 01, 2014.
