VNC: Supplementation of purpose of using shareholder list

The VNC shareholder list on record date of 10/05/2013 will be used for the purpose of seeking shareholders' written opinions.

- Reason and purpose: Seeking shareholders' written opinions on supplementing the content of share issuing;

- Exercise rate: 1 share - 1 voting right;

- Expected exercise date: in May 2013;

- Exercise place: The voting letter will be sent to each shareholders by the registered address. Voting opinions will be aggregated at the company's head office.

- Content: Seeking shareholders' written opinions on registering the newly issued shares at VSD and additionally listing them on Hanoi Stock Exchange by the Board of Directors after the issuance.
