IMP: Imexpharm Issues the Regulation of Corporate Governance

On April 26, 2013, the Board of Directors of Imexpharm Corporation issued Decision No.094/QD-HDQT to promulgate the Regulation of Corporate Governance of Imexpharm Corporation. The new regulation replaces the previous one which was attached to Decision No.33/QD-HDQT dated November 05, 2008.
