NBB: Board resolution May 16

On May 16, 2013, the Board of Directors of NBB Investment Corporation approved the plan of using capital from the offering:

-         To cancel the content of Article 2 of Board Resolution No.27/NQ-HDQT dated April 25, 2013 at Item “Plan of using capital”.  The Board of Directors unanimously approved the plan of using capital from the offering to raise funds for trading and production according Article 8 and Article 9 of Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2012 dated March 29, 2013.
