EVE: EVE changes the dividend payment date

Everpia VietNam Joint Stock Company(stock code: EVE) will change the payment date of Dividend Installment 2012:

-         Ex-right date: April 23, 2013

-         Record date: April 25, 2013

-         Purpose: to pay the 2012 dividend in cash.

-         Old payment date: May 10, 2013

-         New payment date: May 28, 2013.

-         Reason: the company needed to balance its working capital to serve its production.

-         Other issues in Announcement No. 436/2013/TB-SGDHCM dated 10/04/2013 by HOSE are unchanged.
