-         Ex-right date:     May 20, 2013    

-         Record date:     May 22, 2013 

-         Purpose:            to implement the last cash dividend payment of 2012. 

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 20% (VND2,000/share)

-         Payment date:   June 20, 2013

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Accounting Dept of Petrovietnam Fertilizer And Chemicals Corporation on working days from June 20, 2013.
