Construction And Materials Trading Joint Stock Company (stock code: CNT) announced the information as follows:

-         Ms. Do Thi Ngoc Binh resigned as Chairman of the Board of Directors, legal representative of CNT as from May 3, 2013.

-         Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors, legal representative of CNT as from May 3, 2013.

-         Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Thuy, Deputy Accounting Department, was appointed as Chief Accountant of CNT as from May 3, 2013.
