Bac Giang Exploitable Mineral Joint Stock Company has informed of delaying the first annual general meeting 2013 as follows:

On April 25, 2013, the company held the annual general meeting, but Shareholders, who had right for voting, attended the meeting reach 23.32%. Therefore, the company decided as follows:

-         Delaying the first annual shareholders’ meeting 2012 and holding the second meeting as follows:
