VST: VST delays AGM 2013

Vietnam Sea Transport And Chartering Joint Stock Company has announced that the Company will delay the 2013 Annual General Meeting as follows:

-         Old meeting date: April 16, 2013

-         New meeting date: in Quarter 2.2013 and the new meeting date will be noticed.

Reason: the Company adds some contents to relate the 2013 Annual General Meeting.
