STB: Explanation for submitting the audited financial statements 2012 late

Sai Gon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank explained the audited financial statements of 2012 submitted late because:

-         In 2012, the company arose some issues related to exchange with the auditing company. So, the company took much time. Beside, On March 30 and 31 were Saturday and Sunday. The company sent the separate financial statements to the State Securities Commission and Hochiminh Stock Exchange at 9:50pm April 01, 2013 and sent the consolidated financial statements at 20:40pm on April 02, 2013.
