SVI: Board resolution

Bien Hoa Packaging Company announced the board resolution dated April 01, 2013 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to elect Chairman of the BOD and Deputy Chairman of the BOD in the term from 2013 to 2017:

Mr. Le Quoc Tuyen - Chairman of the BOD

Mr. Pham Van Dieu - Deputy Chairman of the BOD

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved to assign tasks to member of the BOD in the term from 2013 to 2017.

Article 3: The Board of Directors approved to elect the Senior management in the term from 2013 to 2017:

Mr. Le Quoc Tuyen - CEO

Mr. Pham Van Dieu - Deputy CEO

Mr. Tran Trang Binh – Deputy CEO

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ngan – Deputy CEO

Article 4: The Board of Directors approved business plan for the term from 2013 to 2017.

Article 5: The Board of Directors approved the Articles of Association
