STSC: Saigon Tourist Securities Corp’s share auction cancelled

According to Announcement No. 425/2013/TB-SGDHCM dated April 08, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of share auction of Saigon Tourist Securities Corporation (short name: STSC) as follows:

Until 16:00 on April 05, 2013 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 14 of Decision No.78/2013/QD-SGDHCM-PDG dated March 18, 2013 promulgating the share auction regulation of Saigon Tourist Securities Corporation, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
