HRC: Board Resolution

Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution dated April 08, 2013 as follows:

1.       The Board of Directors approved business result in Quarter 1/2013:

-         Output of produced rubber: 148.043 tons, 105.75% of plan for quarter 1

-         Output of purchased rubber from small plantation: 463,305 tons, 115.83% of plan for quarter 1

-         Total revenue: 84.778 billion dongs, 70.65% of plan for quarter 1

-         Profit before tax: 1.519 billion dongs

-         Profit after tax: 1.141 billion dongs.

2.       The Board of Directors approved business plan for Quarter 2/2013:

-         Output of produced rubber: 200 tons

-         Output of purchased rubber: 300 tons

-         Output of processed rubber: 500 tons

-         Total revenue: 44 billion dongs, in which revenue from rubber:25 billion dongs

-         Profit before tax: 20 billion dongs

-         Profit after tax: 15 billion dongs.

3.       The Board of Directors approved other contents.
