The Van Cargoes And Foreign Trade Logistics Joint Stock Company announces the Board Resolution approved on 02/04/2013 as follows:

-         Mr. Nguyen Xuan Giang has been elected to be Chair of the Board for the term 2013 – 2018.

-         Dividend payment in advance in cash with rate of 10%

-         Appointing Mr. Tran Cong Thanh – Director cum Deputy General Manager to be Chairman of Ha Thanh Ltd. Company

-         Appointing Ms. Do Thi Thu Hien – Chief Accountant to be controller at Ha Thanh Ltd. Company.
