GAS: PV Gas to dissolve PSCC

At the 2013 Annual General Meeting of PetroVietnam Sports Culture Joint Stock Company (PSCC), the representative for the capital of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV Gas) at PSCC approved plan to dissolve PSCC.

PSCC is located at 80 Nguyen Du, Ha Noi city. Its charter capital is VND10 billion, with 60% owned by PV Gas.
