BSC: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2013

Ben Thanh Service JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Operating result 2012 and Operating plan 2013:

* 2012:

- Revenue: VND 34,973,000,000

- Profit before tax: VND 4,201,000,000

* 2013:

- Revenue: VND 30 billion

- Profit before tax: VND 2.2 billion

- Dividend payment: 4%

5. The BOD will selects auditor for FY 2013
6. Mr. Le Anh Van has been appointed Director in place of Mr. Huynh Ngoc Dinh
