Binh Dinh Book and Equipment Joint Stock Company has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Operating result 2012:

- Revenue: VND 40,769,012,000

- Profit before tax: VND 693,208,000

- Profit after tax: VND 619,778,000

2. Profit distribution 2012

- Development and investment fund: VND 49,582,000

- Financial reserve: VND 24,791,000

- Reward and welfare fund: VND 94,815,000

- Dividend payment: VND 450,590,000

3. Payment for the BOD and Supervisory board 2012: VND 62,400,000
4. Operating plan 2013:

- Revenue: VND 42,000,000,000

- Profit before tax: VND 1,500,000,000

- Dividend payment: 12%

7. Selection of auditor for FY 2013: Auditing and Accounting Co., Ltd (AAC)
8. Ms. Diep Thi Cam Nhung has been appointed Dircetor in place of Mr. Le Huy
