BPC: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2013

Vicem Packaging Bim Son Joint Stock Company has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Operating result 2012:

- Revenue: VND 29,565 million

- Profit before tax: VND 11,138 million

- Payable to the state: VND 10,365 million

2. Profit distribution 2012:

- Development and investment fund: VND 1,578,305,152

- Financial reserve: VND 368,271,202

- Bonus: VND 330,803,435

- Reward and welfare fund: VND 2,317,391,655

3. Operating plan 2013:

- Revenue: VND 291,885 million

- Profit before tax: VND 9,121 million

- Payable to the state: VND 9,358

- Dividend payment: 10%- 15%

4. Payment for the BOD, Supervisory board and secretary 2013: as 2012
5. Selection of auditor for FY 2013
6. Change in company’s policy
