SDB: Explanation for the change of over 10% in operating result in QIV.2012 (consolidated) compared to QIV.2011
According to the Financial Statement
Quarter IV/2012 (consolidated), profit after tax of Quarter IV/2012 decreased more
than 10% year on year. Song Da 207 JSC explained the decrease in operating result
in Quarter IV/2012 as follows:
- Profit
after tax QIV/2011: -VND
18,863,182,337
- Profit
after tax QIV/2012: -VND 9,998,488,441
- Reduce 53%
The
reasons:
- Selling
revenue of QIV/2012 increased 145.3% (equaling VND billion 55.8) compared to
QIV/2011;
- In
QIV/2012 rate of Administration and Finance expenses/Net sales was 20.2%,
decreased 39.1% compared to QIV/2011 (59.3%);
- Rate
of Cost of goods sold/Net sales was 90.05%, decreased 0.02% compared to QIV/2011
