SDB: Explanation for the change of over 10% in operating result in QIV.2012 (holding company) compared to QIV.2011
According to the Financial Statement
Quarter IV/2012 (holding company), profit after tax of Quarter IV/2012
decreased more than 10% year on year. Song Da 207 JSC explained the decrease in
operating result in Quarter IV/2012 as follows:
- Profit
after tax QIV/2011: -VND 17,161,852,288
- Profit
after tax QIV/2012: -VND 11,106,215,655
- Reduce 35.2%
The
reasons:
- Sales
of QIV/2012 increased 148.65% (equaling VND billion 46.4) compared to QIV/2011;
- In
QIV/2012 rate of Administration and Finance expenses/Net sales was 20.1%,
decreased 40.4% compared to QIV/2011 (60.55%);
- Rate
of Cost of goods sold/Net sales was 94%, decreased 3.55% compared to QIV/2011
(97.55%).
- In
QIV/2012, the Company signed the constract of building in Nam An Khanh New
urban area and reclaimed capital from Project of Nam Xa La high buidings. These
had increased revenue. HNX
