-         Purpose                             : to consult shareholders in writing about merging QCG and Green Saigon Real Estate Joint Stock Company and increasing its charter capital to 650 billion dongs

-         Time of implementation : from March 26, 2013 to April 06, 2013

-         Place of implementation: shareholders send their opinion letter to the company at 26 Tran Quoc Thao, Ward 6, District 3, HCMC.
