MPC: Explanation for submitting the BOD resolution disclosure late

On February 04, 2013, Minh Phu Seafood Group Corporation explained the resolution of BOD on issuing new shares to increase charter capital to 1000 billion dongs submitted late as follows:

-         The Resolution’s contents were not new compared to the Resolution of Annual General Meeting. So, it did not effect to shareholders and investors.
