on 28/12/2012 about the change in management structure of the company as below:
1.
Dissolving the Quangnam Post – Telecoms
Construction and Services Corporation Branch at Khanh Hoa Province since
01/01/2013.
2.
Dismissing Branch Manager of Quangnam Post –
Telecoms Construction and Services Corporation Branch at Khanh Hoa Province of
Mr. Tran Dinh Chinh since 01/01/2013.
The Board Resolution No.
124/QD-HDQT approved on 28/12/2012 was:
1.
Dissolving Quangnam Post – Telecoms
Construction and Services Corporation Branch at Khanh Hoa Province.
- Branch
code: 4000364082-006. First registered on 18/06/2007. Fifth changed on
13/01/2012, issued by Department of Planning and Investment of Khanh Hoa
Province.
- Branch
address: No. 16A, Yen The Street, Phuoc Hoa Ward, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa
Province.
2.
Dissolving reason: Rearrange management
structure of the company.
3.
Quangnam Post – Telecoms Construction and
Services Corporation Branch at Khanh Hoa Province corporate with Finance –
Accounting Department of the company to:
- Clear
all the debts such as customer debts, bank debts, tax debt and other assets
liability with the confirmation of Tax Department and Banks.
- Liquidate
economic contracts signed by Quangnam Post – Telecoms Construction and Services
Corporation Branch at Khanh Hoa Province.
- Debt
payment date and contracts liquidation cannot exceed 6 months since the
approved date of this Resolution.
- Pay
all the salary debts, social insurance, termination allowance obligated to Law
and other benefits of labors according to Labor Agreement and signed contracts,
by 31/12/2012.
- Handing
over assets, cash, savings, inventory, outstanding projects, receivable,
payable, of Quangnam Post – Telecoms Construction and Services Corporation
Branch at Khanh Hoa Province to the company, by 31/12/2012.
- Quangnam
Post – Telecoms Construction and Services Corporation Branch at Khanh Hoa
Province has legal responsible in case of conflict in signed contracts, labor
contract or above debts.
4.
This Resolution is published at Quangnam Post
– Telecoms Construction and Services Corporation Branch at Khanh Hoa Province
and sent to creditors, labors and related people, sent to State Department and
publish on Khanh Hoa Provine Newspaper 3 continuous terms.
5.
This Resolution is effective since the signed
date.
