MDC: Explanation for change in profit of Quarter IV/2012

JSC announces the explanation for decrease in profit of Quarter IV/2012 year
after year as below:

The exercise
profit after tax of Quarter IV/2012 was VND 11,908,678,805, decreased by
75% compared to the exercise profit after tax of Quarter IV/2011, which was VND
35,631,512,960.
The
reason was:
In
Quarter IV/2012, the company had many solutions to decrease the expenses,
improve the labor capacity, but because the market still meet difficulties so
the company cut down the coal output and because of the expense, profit
adjustment, the revenue of the company decreased, led to the decrease in
profit.
Therefore
the profit after tax of Quarter IV/2012 was lower than Quarter IV/2011.
