FDG: Explanation for consolidated business result in Q4/2012

Dongthap Trading Corporation (Docimexco) has explained the fluctuation in profit between Quarter 2/2012 and Quarter 2/2011 according to Docimexco’s financial statements (consolidated):

-         Profit after tax in Quarter 4/2011: VND4,094,250,755

-         Profit after tax in Quarter 2/2012: VND51,601,010,311

Reason:

Interest expense in Quarter 2/2012 decreased from 35.6 billion dongs to 18.7 billion dongs

Profit from selling fixed assets was 63.7 billion dongs because restructuring Docifish Joint Stock Company – subsidiary.
