DCL: Explanation for business result of parent company in QIV/2012

Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Corporation (PHARIMEXCO) explained the fluctuation in consolidated profit in Quarter IV/2012 compared to Quarter IV/2011 as follows:

-         Profit after tax in Quarter III/2012: VND9,50,463,483

-         Profit after tax in Quarter III/2011: -VND23,001,22,633

-         Increased                                       : VND32,561,686,116 (over 10%)

Reason:

Financial expenses in Quarter 4/2012 was VND14.416 billion, decreasing VND 8.273 billion compared to in Quarter 4, 2011 because interest expenses decreased.

Selling expenses in Quarter 4/2012 decreased VND16.132 billion because the company changed selling policy.
