DDM: Announcement of delisting shares

On April 03, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No.352/2012/TB-SGDHCM declaring the delisting of stock of Dong Do Marine Joint Stock Company:

-         Number of shares delisted: 12,244,495 shares

-         Total value                              : VND122,444,950,000.

Delisted on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange under Decision No.71/2013/QD-SGDHCM dated March 13, 2013 by HOSE.

Reason: Dong Do Marine Joint Stock Company violated Article 60.1(dd) of Decree 58/2012/ND-CP dated 07/20/2012 by the Government because it had losses (audited) in 2012 (127.021 billion dongs).

-         Effective date of the delisting : April 10, 2013
