SBS: Notice of delisting shares on HOSE

On February 23, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.136/2013/TB-SGDHCM on the delisting of stock of Sacombank Securities Joint Stock Company (SACOMBANK - SBS):

-         Stock code: SBS

-         Delisting volume: 126,660,000 shares

-         Total value: VND1,266,600,000,000.

-         SBS stock is delisted on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange under Decision No.52/2013/QD-SGDHCM dated February 23, 2013.

       Reason: Based on SACOMBANK – SBS’ audited consolidated financial statements for 2012, SACOMBANK – SBS had a cumulative loss until December 31, 2012 is VND1,767.76 billion, and that exceeded the Company’s paid-up capital of VND1,266.6 billion.

-         Effective delisting date: March 25, 2013

-         Last trading day: March 22, 2013.
