C92: Explanation for Delay in information disclosure

On 25/02/2013, Construction and Investment JSC No.492 has explanation for delay in information disclosure about the change in Management Board (Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Head of No.6 Construction Team, has been appointed Executive Deputy Manager with effect since 27/01/2013) which needed to announced in 24h following Decision No.52/2012/TT-BTC dated 05/04/2012 by Ministry of Finance but the Company announced on 18/02/2012.

Reason is that happened in the time for completing Financial statement of Q4/2012 and solving the matters on salaries and rewards for Tet holidays. Therefore, the Company has not informed the announcement on time.

The Company has ensured this will not happen again.
