APC: Board Resolution_Mar 01

An Phu Irradiation Joint - Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.01 dated March 01, 2013 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved the 2012 income report based on the consolidated financial statements audited by AVA.

-         Total revenue: VND 100,962,372,382

-         Profit before tax: VND 16,806,293,447

-         Profit after tax: VND 12,954,261,332

-         EPS: VND 1,132/ share.

Article 2: The Board of Directors asked the Management to complete the internal regulation of corporate governance.

Article 3: The Board of Directors approved the record date and meeting date for the 2013 annual general meeting:

-         Record date: March 25, 2013

-         Meeting date: April 26, 2013.

Article 4: The Board of Directors approved business targets for 2013:

-         Revenue: VND 94,000,000,000.

-         Profit before tax: VND17,700,000,000.

-         Profit after tax: VND 14,140,000,000.
