TDW: Board resolution

Thu Duc Water Supply Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the BOD on January 15, 2013:

The BOD approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Viet Cuong as a member of the BOD as from January 15, 2013.                                                       

1. The BOD approved the report on business result in 2012:

-               Supply water: 42,879 million m³

-               Revenue from water: 356,769 billion dongs

-               Construction of new water meter: 11,294 pieces

-               Rate of households using clean water: 83.11%

-               Rate of water loss: 25.59%

-               Network development water supply: 51,030 m

              -               To repair pipe: 13,354m.

2. The BOD approved the report on financial statement in Quarter 4/2012:

-               Total revenue: VND99.259billion

-               Profit before tax: VND6.863 billion

-               Profit after tax: VND5.260 billion

-               In 2012:

-               Total revenue: VND374.081billion

-               Profit before tax: VND25.865 billion

              -               Profit after tax: VND20.333 billion.

3. The BOD approved the report on financial statement in Quarter 4/2012:

              -               Depreciation of pipe from 10 to 14 years

4. The BOD approved the 2013 Annual General Meeting.

-             Meeting date: April 16, 2013

-             Record date: March 15, 2013

-         Meeting venue: Rome Palace – 6 Le Quy Don Street, Binh Tho Ward, Thu Duc District.
