On February 01, 2013, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Fuel Joint Stock Company unanimously approved plan to pay dividends for the second phase of 2012 and organize the 2012 annual general meeting of shareholders as follows:

• Dividend rate: 10%, in stock (01 new share for every 10 old shares)
• Meeting date: expected on April 20, 2013
• Record date: expected on March 14, 2013.
