DAG: Board Resolution – Jan 31

Dong A Plastic Group Joint – Stock Company announced the board resolution dated January 31, 2013:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Junichi Ito from the Board of Directors as of February 01, 2013. A new member of the Board of Directors will be elected in the next general meeting of shareholders in 2013.

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved the 2012 profit and loss and the 2013 business plan.

1. Profit & loss in 2012:

- Net revenue: VND 880 billion

- Profit before tax: VND 27.6 billion

- Profit after tax: VND 24 billion

- Undistributed profit: VND 24 billion.

2. Business plan for 2013:

- Revenue: VND 900 billion

- Profit before tax: VND 29.5 billion

- Profit after tax: VND 25 billion.
