Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Company (HORUCO) announced the resolution of the BOD as follows:

1. The BOD approved business result in Quarter 4/2012 and 2012:

-         Exploitation production in Quarter 4/2012: 765.543 tons

-         Exploitation production in 2012: 1,957.905 tons (100.41% of plan)

-         Purchase production in Quarter 4/2012:  1,865.847 tons (207.32% of plan for Quarter)

-         Purchase production in Quarter 2012: 5,186.953 tons (103.73% of plan for 2012)

-         Total revenue in Quarter 4/2012:  136.5 billion dongs (105% of plan for Quarter)

-         Total revenue in 2012: 590.24 billion dongs (127.76% of plan)

-         Profit before tax in Quarter 4/2012:  110.502 billion dongs

-         Profit before tax in 2012:   88,861 billion dongs (82.29% of plan)

-         In Quarter 4/2012, the company paid dividend for the first 1 of 2012 of 15% of charter capital.

 2.        The BOD approved business plan for Quarter 1/2012:

-         Exploitation production: 140 tons

-         Purchase production: 400 tons

-         Processing production: 540 tons

-         Total revenue: 120 billion dongs (including revenue from rubber was 93 billion dongs)

-         Profit before tax: 25 billion dongs

-         Profit after tax: 20 billion dongs

-         Other targets.
