GMD: Gemadept transfers stake in Vinh Hao Co.

On January 31, 2013, Gemadept Corporation finished transferring a part of its contributed capital in Vinh Hao Mineral Water Corporation. Gemadept Corp sold 2,016,900 shares of Vinh Hao Mineral Water Corp decreasing the holding ratio from 2,349,190 shares (or 29% of Vinh Hao Mineral Water Corp) to 332,290 shares (or 4.1%).
