DPM: PVFCCo increases holding in PVC Mekong

On February 07, 2013, the Board of Directors of Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation agreed to increase its holding in Petrovietnam Urban Development Joint Stock Company (PVC Mekong) by 20% stake or 80 billion dongs to 35.63% stake or 100 billion dongs after PVC Mekong increased its charter capital to 280.69 billion dongs.
