LVS: LVS decides to terminate membership

On February 06, 2013, the general meeting of shareholders of Lien Viet Securities Joint Stock Company (LVS) issued Resolution No.04/2013/NQ-DHDCD. Accordingly, the general meeting approved the contents of the voluntary termination of membership at the Hochiminh Stock Exchange and the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
