Dalat Real Estate JSC explains the reason for late disclosure the Business Registration Certificate as follows:

-       The Business Registration Certificate was signed on 09/01/2013 but the company received on 15/01/2013 following appointment paper of Lam Dong Department of Planning and Investment.
