DXV: Explanation for Q4.2012 business result

Da Nang Contruction Building Materials Vicem Joint Stock Company (COXIVA) explained the fluctuation in profit before tax in Quarter 4/2012 compared to Quarter 4/2011:

DXV’s profit in Quarter 4/2012 was equal to 98 percent of profit in Quarter 4/2011 because of the following reasons:

-         The selling production of all products in Quarter 4/2012 decreased, so revenue decreased 9 percent compared to Quarter 4/2011.

-         Sales production decreased and expenses increased in loading and unloading cement in Quarter 4.2012. Profit in Quarter 4.2012 decreased sharply.
