Anphat Plastic and Green Environment JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 01/02/2013 as follows:

- According request from VSD, company can not support additional information of dividend payment before the record date. So, Company decided will be cancel plan of Dividend payment 2012. The new plan of Dividend payment 2012 will be decided after AGM 2013.
