CMG: CMG signs auditing contract with AASC

On February 20, 2013, CMC Corporation (stock code: CMG) signed auditing contract with Auditing and Accounting Financial Consultancy Service Co., Ltd (AASC). AASC will audit CMG’s financial statements in year 2012.
