Idico Urban and House Development Joint Stock Company (IDICO – UDICO) has explained the fluctuation in business result of Quarter 4/2012 compared to Quarter 4/2011:

• Profit after tax in Quarter 4/2012: VND2,818,518,440
• Profit after tax in Quarter 4/2011: VND6,600,049,731
• Difference: -VND3,781,531,291
• Profit in Quarter 4/2012 decreased 57% or VND3,781,531,291 compared to in Quarter 4/2011 because of the provision for bad debts.
