HMC: Explanation for business result in Q4.2012

Ho Chi Minh City Metal Corporation explained the fluctuation in business result between Quarter 4/2012 and Quarter 4/2011:

- Profit before tax in Quarter 4/2011: 12,117,975,071 dongs

- Profit before tax in Quarter 4/2012: 6,311,128,684 dongs

- Decreased: 48% compared to quarter 4/2011 because:

      The steel markets were overcast in the world and in Vietnam. Steel selling price in quarter 4.2012 decreased strongly in quarter 4.2011. The company pushed sales and its revenue. Besides, the company saved expenses but profit before tax in quarter 4.2012 was still lower than quarter 4.2011.
