On January 11, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No.21/2013/TB-SGDHCM to announce the listing and trading additional shares of Traphaco Joint Stock Company on the Exchange as follows:

-         Stock code: TRA                

-         Additional volume: 102,095 shares

(Those are bonus shares issued to Traphaco’s excellent staff in 2009, restricted to transfer in 02 years from the issue date of 12/20/2010 to 12/20/2012.)

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND1,020,950,000.

-         Effective date of the listing license: February 14, 2011.  

-         Official trading date: January 21, 2013.
