On October 29, 2012, the BOD Chairman of Dry Cell and Storage Battery Joint Stock Company (PINACO) signed Decision No.543/QD-PA to approve the retirement of Mr. Truong Vo Van Chinh as Deputy CEO from January 01, 2013.
