Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation(Thuduc House) has announced extraordinary information on the change in the number of treasury shares as follows:

-         Stock symbol: TDH

-         Number of treasury shares before change: 179,990 shares

-         Number of treasury shares increased: 57 shares

-         Number of treasury shares after change: 180,047 shares

-         Reason: Reason: The Company bought back fractional shares as treasury shares when converting TDH41029 bonds in the first phase of 2012 to increase the Company’s charter capital from VND378,750,000,000 to VND380,930,860,000.
