On December 03, 2012, the Board of Directors of VINGROUP Joint Stock Company approved the establishment of a subsidiary as follows:

-         Name of subsidiary (estimated): Future Investment and Trading Services One-member Limited Company (*)

-         Address: 171 Dong Khoi, Ben Nghe, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

-         Charter capital: VND6,000,000,000. (completely invested by Vingroup)
