PSG: PSG: Change in date of Extraordinary Shareholder General Meeting

On 23/11/2012, Saigon Petroleum Construction and Investment JSC announces the change in date of the Extraordinary Shareholder General Meeting as follow:

Saigon Petroleum Construction and Investment JSC (stock code: PSG) set up the list of shareholders attending the Extraordinary Shareholder General Meeting with the last register day on 16/11/2012 and the expected date would be in the end of November 2012. However, the date was changed because of some reasons and the preparation needed more time.

By this correspondence, Saigon Petroleum Construction and Investment JSC proposed to the State Security Commission and Hanoi Stock Exchange to allow the company to extend the date of Extraordinary Shareholder General Meeting to the end of December 2012. The date and location would be announced later.
