Danang Rubber Joint Stock Company announced the board resolution dated December 04, 2012 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors authorized the CEO to sign credit agreements with Vietinbank – Ngu Hanh Son Branch and other lenders to borrow at most VND310 billion to finance the project “Moving the Bicycle & Motorbike Tire and Tube Enterprise from North of My An to Lien Chieu Industrial Zone” (excluding the interest expense during the construction period of the project).
